Our Farm & History
From field to plate, our story grows with purpose. Katchkie Farm, our 60-acre organic farm in Kinderhook, NY, provides a direct connection between our kitchens and the land. Founded in 1980 by Liz Neumark, Great Performances has redefined catering in New York City through creativity, integrity, and community.
