This unique restored metal works factory, located in the heart of DUMBO, was built in 1912 and boasts some of the most magnificent original craftsmanship in our portfolio. The beautiful shell, once a foundry, still contributes to the architectural character of the DUMBO Historic District. This landmark building has been restored into a ground level event location with more than 8,000 sq. ft. of total space. With furniture included, the client or vendor, typically a caterer, is responsible for the setup and breakdown of these items. All outside equipment and rentals must be delivered and picked between rental hours. 26 Bridge is equipped with two separate restroom areas, five-stalls each. There is a large built-in bar with two running water access points. There are no restrictions on outside vendors aside from security, WiFi, and valet.
